Between your Reception and your Wedding Services there may need to be chairs moved, backdrops changed over and tables pulled out. Props will need to be moved and changed over from auditorium style seating to sitting down for a meal. We can help make sure that the transition between events is smooth and you are able to sit down for your meal together on time.


BottomZ Up Month of Coordinating is a specialized process that is actually executed the whole Month prior to your big day. BottomZ Up Bartending & Events will check in on your vendor bookings and ensure your wedding planning process is simple. We will ensure your wedding is exactly the way you dreamed it would be. We can help you find everything from your Venue to your Photographer. Wedding Day Hair and Makeup, Limousine Packages, Caterers Flowers, and backdrops with rental decor. When it is time for your big day, you want your event set up on time and to plan. Let BottomZ Up help with the setup of your guest tables with linen tablecloths, and linen napkins. We can dress tables with overlays, runners, and chargers. Put on chair covers with Sashes, and set guest tables with wine, water glasses and utensils. Place all center pieces, candles, table numbers, décor for tables. Along with place all name tags – (with a detailed seating list from you).

We can also set up a candy station, a cake station, a beverage station, or dessert, DJ table and buffet tables with tablecloths. Place your seating chart, and special glassware for a head table. Another service to consider is placing plates on buffet tables, or setting the crates under buffet tables for the caterers. We can also prepare a coffee and tea station – for easy set up and go.

Extra staff is required to set up any lights attached to beams, walls, ceiling etc. Along with the setting up of backdrops, or the moving of heavy items. Setting up rented chairs, back drops, room dividers, or moving in items from vehicles, all items should be provided for the team ahead of time in a storage place in the venue. After an event there are many items to “Tear Down” or pack away. BottomZ Up can provide the staff to help clear away table-ware, glassware and cutlery. We will also clear your tables of votives, centerpieces, and décor. Packing everything away including linens, and rental items. We will then remove any chair coverings, garbage and recycling and wipe down your tables.  From gifts to your signing table, we have it covered so you don’t have to worry about the aftermath of your night.

Extra staff is required for the removal of any lights attached to beams, walls, and ceiling etc.

Along with taking down curtains, window coverings, and pictures. Moving rented chairs, back drops, and room dividers. Or packing and wrapping any food related items, such as cakes, cupcakes, late night snacks. Contact us to learn more about our tear down services.
